All activity that takes place within your RA888 account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is considered to be your own action, unless you have promptly reported a compromised account to RA888.
You must only use funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name when making deposits. Using another person's account or financial instrument is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
If you experience any technical issues during gameplay — such as a disconnection while a game is in progress or winnings not being credited — you must report it to RA888 customer support within 24 hours. Claims made after this period may not be processed.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds in the account must first meet the associated rollover requirements. Funds from real money deposits (non-bonus) may be withdrawn at any time without rollover requirements, subject to the necessary identity verification.
Every bonus at RA888 comes with rollover requirements that vary by promotion type. A rollover requirement refers to the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM2,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.
You may only hold one (1) active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus before the current one has completed its rollover is not permitted unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
Weekly cashback received through the RA888 VIP Rewards programme is an exception — these cashback funds has no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn directly with no additional wagering requirements. This is one of the most valuable benefits of being an RA888 VIP member.
RA888 prohibits betting strategies designed to fulfil bonus rollover requirements with minimal risk, such as simultaneously placing bets on both sides of the same market (arbitrage). If such behaviour is detected, RA888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and restore the account balance to the original deposit amount.
The outcome of all casino games — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games — is final and not subject to appeal, except in cases where there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure confirmed by RA888.
If a technical disruption causes a game to be interrupted before completion — such as an internet disconnection or server outage — RA888 will endeavour to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager will be returned to your account.
Every game on RA888 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for checking these limits before playing. RA888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits from time to time.
To win the major jackpot in certain jackpot slots, maximum bet or activation of all paylines may be required – these specific conditions are stated in the rules section of each respective slot. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before playing.
Sports Betting odds at RA888 — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, tennis, and e-sports such as MPL MY and DOTA 2 — are subject to change before an event begins, based on the latest information and market demand. Any bets that have already been accepted and confirmed will not be affected by odds changes after confirmation.
If a sports or e-sports event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to your account. If the event proceeds within 24 hours of the original schedule, the original result stands for bet settlement purposes.
In-play and live betting accepted and confirmed during a match are subject to the current information and conditions of the match in progress. RA888 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets in specific situations, such as a key player injury or extreme weather conditions affecting the flow of the match.
The RA888 VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Progression between tiers is based on the total Reward Points accumulated through betting activity.
VIP Reward Points are accumulated based on every MYR wagered across all game types at RA888. The points accumulation rate varies by game type — live casino games generally accumulate points at a higher rate than slots. Full details on accumulation rates are available on the VIP Rewards page.
Reward Points can be redeemed for cash with no rollover conditions at any time through the VIP section of your account. The redemption rate is displayed in the VIP panel and may change in line with ongoing special promotions.
Reward Points that have not been redeemed within 12 months of the date they were earned will expire automatically. RA888 will send a reminder notification to members by email at least 30 days before their points are due to expire.
You may close your RA888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not yet fulfilled the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn upon account closure.
RA888 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
